Injection Molding

Rapid Manufacturing of Plastic Parts

The most popular production method for making plastic parts is injection molding. Injection molding can be used to make a variety of items, each with a unique size, complexity, and purpose.

The injection molding process requires a mold, plastic material, and an injection molding machine. In the injection molding machine, the plastic is melted and then injected into the mold, where it cools and solidifies to form the finished part. The industries we are involved in include automotive, industrial, toys, medical and home appliances.

Design:

If you have your own CAD file, please send it to us and we will prepare a quote for you within 24 hours. Once the design is made into a CAD file, your mold will be produced in our CNC workshop.

Whether you already have a CAD file ready, or need help turning your ideas into designs, YM is ready to help!

Mould:

CAD files are used to create molds. A mold is not a finished product - it is the shell of the final product that will be manufactured from it. Your molds are manufactured by our own CNC department, saving time and costs.

A mold is a hollowed-out metal cavity that is capable of producing thousands of identical plastic parts.

Molding:

The entire molding process is very fast. Plastic granules are placed in the mold and then liquefied by superheating. Once the plastic cools, it will be perfectly formed with the mold, even complex geometric angles and shapes can be achieved. ·Your design may require a process called

overmolding, which involves layering multiple polymers into a mold to add color, texture, and strength.

We offer a full range of surface treatment options to add protective and decorative layers to your plastic parts. Once completed, the parts are professionally packaged and shipped. All shipments are tracked to ensure you receive your shipment safely and promptly.
